Op zaterdag 12 & zondag 13 juli 2014 organiseert Vag United hun eerste in door show in de Xpo van Kortrijk (België), de hallen hebben een oppervlakte van 35000m² die wij gaan op vullen voor de echte “vag” liefhebber. Vag staat voor vw audi group.



Vag united bezoekt al geruime tijd beurzen in binnen en buitenland, nu vinden we het de tijd om het beste van al die beurzen onder te brengen in 1 beurs en wel in België, de zoektocht voor de locatie was zeer snel gemaakt, Kortrijk Xpo heeft namelijk zeer mooie hallen, is zeer centraal gelegen, ruime parking...perfect voor onze show! We hebben 6 hallen ter onze beschikking en die gaan wij als volgt onder verdelen...



* swapmeet: waar je op zoektocht kunt gaan naar dat ene NOS (New Old Stock) onderdeel dat zich al jaren op de zolder van één of andere liefhebber bevindt. Het aanbod is zeer groot en de prijzen zijn zeer schappelijk. Wees er snel bij op zaterdagochtend om de mooiste onderdelen mee te nemen.

* carparts & tuning shops: hier zullen vooral de zelfstandige shops hun producten aanbieden, gaande van origineel tot tuning en garageboxen tot waterverzachters.

* aircooled, tuning & clubs: daar zullen wij een 200 tal wagens voor uitnodigen uit heel Europa, ook zullen clubs hier een clubdisplay kunnen plaatsen.

* dreamcars & collectors cars: hier zullen wij een 100 tal wagens voor uitnodigen uit heel Europa, we gaan in die ruimte ook een V.I.P ruimte hebben waar we jullie (standhouders, sponsors, genodigden,...) met open armen zullen ontvangen.

* huur en ceremonie: u zoekt de perfect vw cabrio voor uw trouw, u wilt een autoshoot met een exclusieve audi r8, u wilt u aanstaande verrassen met Porsche toertje, u vind hier zeker het juiste bedrijf om uw droom te verwezelijken

* verkoop 2e handswagens: hier zullen zowel particulieren als zelfstandigen de ruimte hebben om hun wagens te koop aan te bieden.

* de officiële dealers room: hier krijgen de merken VW, AUDI, SEAT, SKODA, PORSCHE, BENTLEY, LAMBORGHINI, BUGATTI de ruimte om hun nieuwste modellen in de kijker te plaatsen.



Wat wij dus gaan aanbieden is uniek in Europa, je hebt tal van onderdelen beurzen in de luchtgekoelde wereld of swapmeets, je hebt tuningshows, shows rond exclusieve wagens maar nergens ga je dit trio samen vinden op 1 locatie...plaats daar de 2e hands wagens bij en de nieuwste modellen en je hebt de beurs voor en door de vag liefhebber. Jaren bezoeken wij al verschillende beurzen en nergens word het totaal plaatje aangeboden, wij durven de uitdaging aan te gaan.

De prijzen zullen zeer gunstig liggen zowel voor de standhouders als de bezoekers (jong en oud), wij beseffen dat wij zowel u als standhouder als de bezoeker nodig hebben om dit tot een succes uit te werken.



Uw bedrijf ligt misschien wat verder dan Kortrijk ook daar hebben wij de perfecte oplossing, wij werken met enkele hotels samen en kunnen u dus een 2 persoonskamer met ontbijt aanbieden tegen een voordeligere prijs. Die periode is het zeer druk in Kortrijk en gaan de kamers duurder zijn dan in andere weekends. Wilt u een vip overnachting + welness ook dat kunnen wij voor u regelen.



Al onze standruimte word verhuurd in naakte oppervlakte, btw inbegrepen, water en elektriciteit apart te betalen. Omdat we deze show geven vanuit onze passie voor de vag-group zijn onze prijzen zeer democratisch, meer info via inschrijvingen. Wilt u uw stand opvrolijken met een hostesses, planten, wanden, tafels, stoelen alles kan je huren via ons aan een meerprijs.

From air-cooled to water-cooled
The first Vag united indoor show Kortrijk will take place on 12 and 13 July 2014. The concept is simple : everything from and by the Vag group displayed under one roof. Kortrijk Expo proudly opens their doors for our concept. We want young and old to enjoy everything that inspires the VW and Audi group … from the first Porsche tractor to the most recent Lamborghini … from bug fans to tuning fans, everybody will find his passion here.

Passion on stage
Beauty and well-shaped car bodies are always a perfect combo! Regularly the stages get a lot of colours thanks to diverse spectacular shows. Dance and rhythm in galore. A significant part of the space will be reserved for tuning, with a selection of the most beautiful tuning cars in Europe ...

Communication
The publicity communication aims for a wide audience by adverts in specialized newspapers, magazines, commercials on radio and TV, posters and flyers and websites. We want the public to come in big numbers to the event, in first place for our exhibitors. The Vag united indoor show is something a Vag lover in Europe cannot miss.

Exhibitors
Showing your products or services in an original showcase is guaranteed to be a success. We offer a democratic price and rent a bare space. Nevertheless we can offer you anything to dress your exhibit perfectly, from spots to hostesses.

Vag united on the first row
Vag United organises an indoor show in Kortrijk Expo for the first time on 12 and 13 July 2014. We have got many years of experience in organizing outdoor meetings. Every year we visit several car shows in Europe and starting from that experience we want to go indoor for the first time supported by Expo Kortrijk and the Vag United Crew.

Swap meet
The place to go looking for that one missing NOS (New Old Stock) piece you need that has been laying around on someone's attic for some years. The offers are big and the prices are humane. Be fast on Saturday morning for the most beautiful parts.

Car parts and tuning shops
This is where independent shops will offer their products, going from original to tuning parts, garage boxes and water softeners for washing the car.

Air-cooled, tuning and clubs
Here we will invite around 200 cars from all over Europe to show their cars, also clubs will be able to show their club display here.

Dream cars and collectors cars
Here we will invite around 100 cars from all over Europe, in this space we will also have an VIP area were we will welcome you with open arms (sponsors, invited people, exposés, ...)

Rent en ceremonial companies
The place to rent the VAG car you have always dreamed off.

A place for individuals and independents to sell their cars.
